I began getting up early and watching the sunrise as part of my ‘Me time’ and daily mindfulness practice. As a moment of calm before my children and husband woke and the busy day started.
Firstly, I sat in the dark in my lounge room. It slowly evolved as I started noticing the sky getting lighter outside so began to sit outside. Some mornings the sunrise was spectacular like the sky painted itself. I would take photos trying to capture the beauty the best I could. I didn’t know what to do with so many beautiful images.
