Hi, I'm Mel!

I have been working in office administration and office management for over 20 years. On top of that, I have been running my own skincare business on the side since 2013 which allowed me to gain invaluable knowledge and experience in being a small business owner.

Coupled with my previous experience in Advertising, Marketing and Event Management, I truly believe I am more than capable of assisting you with all your virtual needs.

In my previous employments, I have made myself a name. They used to call me the 'ruthless German' because of my ability to provide highly efficient support and my exceptional organisational skills.

Over the course of my career, there is nothing I haven't done and my experience, knowledge and skills spans across multiple industries, from airlines to advertising, to insurance and not-for-profit organisations. I worked in small to medium-sized businesses all the way to global organisations and ASX-listed companies.

Whatever you need done, I can do it efficiently and fast and I pride myself on the quality support I have been providing my entire life.
