At The Spiritually Curious we believe you should be able to explore your spirituality in a safe, non-judgemental environment.  Whether you are interested in alternative healing modalities such as Reiki, Crystal Healing, Card Reading, Chakra Alignment, Sound Healing, Guided Meditations, or want to create a self care ritual using journals or mindful spell kits, I am here to support and guide you.

Finding what works for you can take time and you may have to try a few different things before you find what resonates.  In this busy, faced passed, modern world we often forget that we deserve to have fun and spend time on ourselves too!  

Exploring my spiritual side has had so many unexpected benefits that include:

• Reduction in feelings of stress and anxiety meaning I am able to better cope with day to day life.
• Increased sense of self-worth and self-esteem as I spend time doing things that light me up, make me feel good because I know I am worthy of that and so much more!
• Finding the balance of living with grief while being able to experience life fully.  
• Reduced depressive episodes because I prioritise myself as I recognise that if I am not doing well then those I care about suffer the consequences.
• A massive reduction in negative self talk!  This has been a game changer for me.
