I have 15 years experience in the human services sector as a quality management professional, with a focus on internal auditing and business improvement. I have worked with many different quality standards over the years, and across small to large organisations. I specialise in writing organisational documents, and supporting organisations to develop strengths and skills in managing quality and meeting standards. 

My qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and English)
• Graduate Certificate in Human Services
• Graduate Certificate in Evaluation
• Graduate Certificate in Sexology (currently completing)
• Diploma in Business (Quality Auditing)
• Diploma in Publishing (Proofreading and Editing).

I have been an external auditor for five years and have completed over 100 audits, mostly in the NDIS Practice Standards and Human Services Quality Standards. I have audited organisations with services such as aged care, child protection, family support, domestic and family violence, sexual violence, and mental health programs.
