IMPACT VA is a growing agency of professional, skilled, Australian Virtual Assistants. With a background in business administration and EA/PA support I am proud to have developed a team of reliable and dynamic VAs to provide my clients with a comprehensive skill set in an online space.

Prior to establishing my VA business in 2019, I successfully provided continuing/long term high level Administration support in a variety of industries including leading residential real estate businesses, a multinational weight loss company, family owned and operated service/trade businesses and a multinational direct sales company where my high level Admin skills came to the forefront. 

My 20 years of experience in Administration and Customer Service has enabled me to hone my skills as an organised, pro-active and resourceful leader. I am valued for my work ethic, professionalism, organisation skills, loyalty and resilience. 

Now I am able to manage a team and offer my clients an outsourcing opportunity where they need not go anywhere else. I will match you with the right Virtual Assistant for you and your business.
