All of our stunning bags are kind to animals and the planet.  We only use sustainable materials and we have an entire collection made from up-cycled denim fabric - saving garments from landfill.

We work with ethical production partners who support and empower women, providing dignified work in fair trade environments and the payment of a living wage.

We believe in true artistry and in supporting village and rural artisans and communities, helping them to continue living within their traditional environments whilst practicing their traditional crafts that have been handed down from generation to generation.  

Our Mission is to create positive change and to have social impact and social inclusion. Through our partnering choices, we support marginalised, vulnerable and disadvantaged people with employment, opportunity and access to education to help break cycles of poverty.

A Little About Me

A lover of bags and accessories and equally passionate about people, the environment and animals. A busy mum of 5 and like many of you juggling the demands of family life, my 9-5 job and my absolute passion - Karuna Dawn.

I'm incredibly blessed to have the support of my loving husband, Scott, who shares my passion for the brand and the values that are the foundation for the brand. His quiet, calm words of encouragement has played a huge role in launching Karuna Dawn and to keep it going, no matter the push and pull of the demands of life.

A few years ago, the more I began to understand the fashion industry, its horrendous practices and became aware of what happens in the manufacturing process, I questioned whether there was a brand out there that could tick all the boxes and produce high quality, kind alternatives that are affordable and accessible to consumers.

This was the birth of Karuna Dawn. A vision of a brand that our customers, when purchasing our products, can be 100% confident it is:

One of my core beliefs is that our shared compassion has the power to move mountains.

What brings me the greatest joy and lights me up inside is knowing that my interaction with someone has left them uplifted, valued and connected. 

We are all of value, worthy, deserving and each one of us has something to offer but some of us may not have the opportunity or support. I wanted Karuna Dawn to be the platform and vehicle offering those that opportunity and support to  propel their life forward.

I'm proud to have launched my ethical enterprise, that aims to have social impact, create social change and forward social inclusion.  

There is nothing more satisfying to me than using my talents and the opportunities that I am blessed to have come my way to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
